According to a 2010 survey by Pantene, a popular hair care company, 54% of more than 2000 women said they get more upset over "having a bad hair day" than other, more serious life issues. With today's focus on beauty, it's no wonder an average American woman can spend almost $50,000 on her hair over the course of her entire life. This includes shampoos, conditioners, styling products, hair brushes and other name brand, high-end salon products needed for their IN HOME care.
