A client who walks into your salon will most often observe how organized the shop is, meaning how the decorations are kept and how clean the environment is. As she sits down, she may look through the magazines that are scattered throughout the coffee tables and pay attention to the dates on the magazines. As she takes the time to glance around your shop, she may even begin to look at the floors, chairs, and shampoo units, as well as the hair products you offer. Not every client will survey your shop, but the regulars who venture into your store will start to recognize the major upgrades your shop needs.
